Embark on an exciting journey with a leading estate agency in Dulwich as a Property Management Manager. This role offers the thrill of diverse challenges daily, while you lead a team dedicated to providing exceptional service to landlords and tenants. We are seeking a proactive, upbeat, and ambitious leader to drive excellence in service delivery.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage a team of property managers overseeing our portfolio across Dulwich and Streatham.
  • Lead daily meetings with the Property Management team to ensure alignment and focus on key objectives.
  • Coach the team to achieve key performance indicators and enhance service delivery.
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, including conducting one-to-one meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies to maintain a risk-averse business environment.
  • Conduct property inspections, negotiate tenancy extensions/renewals, and coordinate with contractors for maintenance issues.
  • Handle deposit returns, resolve rental arrears, process eviction requests, and ensure all properties meet regulatory health and safety standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, manage complaints, and complete all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Property Manager within residential lettings.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to create and encourage a positive team spirit.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain strong relationships with all clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of current residential lettings legislation and outstanding customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in basic IT skills.
Benefits:
  • Basic salary range of £32,500 to £43,000 per year, dependent on experience.
  • Up to £7,200 in capped commission plus a further £3,725 uncapped commission target.
  • Minimum on-target earnings of £43,425+ per year.
  • Company Car or a monthly Car Allowance.
  • Fixed working hours with one Saturday every four weeks (day back in lieu).
  • 30 days annual leave per year, including bank holidays.
