Property Management Team Leader - We are seeking a skilled Residential Property Manager to lead a team of Property Managers based in the Richmond area.
The role involves managing daily workflow, ensuring staff are equipped to handle issues, and guiding the team to meet individual and collective targets while maintaining client SLAs.
Regular quality checks, staff training, and client feedback sessions are key to ensuring service excellence.
The successful candidate will foster a positive work environment, address any complaints, and implement corrective actions as needed. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Skills required for this Property Management Team Leader role will include:
- Experienced in Residential Property Management and AST’s
- Dealing with maintenance issues
- A clear understanding of current lettings legislation
- Proven experience managing a team within property management
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience conducting quality checks and ensuring service levels are maintained
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to handle all issues professionally and implement corrective actions
