Maternity Cover - Property Manager (Block) - SW London (Hybrid) - up to £45k

We’re working with a long established Property Management group based in SW London.

Focused on the Prime & Central London Market, their portfolio comprises an impressive and well run mix of RTM/RMC, Freehold and Boutique Developer blocks.

As a result of parental leave, they now seek 2 x additional Block Property Managers as follows

Maternity cover contract to start - circa 9 months with the potential for permanent employment thereafter
Hybrid working (2 days office, 3 days home/site)
Working as part of a long established, vibrant, inclusive and friendly team
Undertaking the full range of duties from budget so major works, insurance provision and site inspections
Portfolio is ENTIRELY London based, long held with minimal arrears/issues
ATPI preferred but not essential (can be supported for those who fulfil the maternity cover and remain in-post on a permanent basis thereafter)
Salary up to £45k depending on experience
IMMEDIATE START POSSIBLE for those available/suitable
