Job Vacancy: Property Manager
Location: North London
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
Contract: Full-time, permanent

We are seeking a Property Manager to join our North London-based company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude. No previous property experience is required, although it is beneficial. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Property Maintenance: Oversee routine and emergency repairs, liaise with contractors, and ensure properties remain in excellent condition.
  • Tenant Management: Act as the main point of contact for tenants, handling enquiries, tenancy agreements, renewals, and notices.
  • Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements.
  • Financial Management: Manage rent collection, deposit returns, and property expenses, providing reports to senior management.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure that all properties meet regulatory and safety standards, including fire risk assessments, gas safety checks, and licensing.
  • Contractor Coordination: Schedule and oversee the work of contractors, including cleaning, repairs, and refurbishments.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle tenant complaints, disputes, and conflict resolution in a professional and timely manner.
  • Property Marketing: Assist with advertising vacant properties and preparing properties.
Requirements:
  • No property experience required full training will be provided.
  • Must be English literate (spoken and written).
  • Must have the ability to work in North London.
  • Must have a full UK driving licence.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role is advantageous but not essential.
