The RoleWe're seeking a proactive and highly organised Sales & Investment Transactional Manager to join their Sales and Investments team. This is a varied, fast-paced role ideal for someone with a strong background in the property industry, excellent attention to detail, and solid communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of property sales and acquisitions

  • Liaise with surveyors, lawyers, agents, and buyers to ensure smooth transactions

  • Conduct property viewings and respond to purchaser enquiries

  • Maintain accurate tenancy schedules and compliance documentation

  • Review and manage agents' terms of business and track offers/interest

  • Support valuation processes and provide necessary documentation

  • Oversee commercial lease management, rent reviews, and new lets

  • Process real estate licences for leaseholders and liaise with legal professionals

  • Coordinate lease extensions and assist with insurance policies and claims

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in the property industry with an understanding of the sales/investment process

  • Excellent organisational skills and a meticulous eye for detail

  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal

  • Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

  • Team player with an analytical mindset and a proactive approach
