Key Responsibilities:*Portfolio Management - Oversee a portfolio of circa 90 properties, ensuring all aspects of property management are executed efficiently.* Repairs and Maintenance - Arrange day-to-day repairs, liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors, and instruct and oversee works on behalf of landlords.* Compliance - Ensure all properties are up to date with safety requirements and current legislation.*Client Advisory - Provide property management advice to existing and potential clients, enhancing their experience and trust in the agency.*Financial Oversight - Experience with accounts receivables and accounts payables is advantageous, aiding in the smooth financial management of the portfolio.*Team Leadership - Lead a team with a flexible approach, prioritising workload effectively to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.

**Skills and Experience Required:***Organisational Excellence - Highly organised with a minimum of 3 years of property management experience.*Communication Skills - Strong ability to liaise with various stakeholders, including landlords, tenants, and contractors.*Legislative Knowledge - Up-to-date knowledge of property safety requirements and legislation.*Financial Acumen - Experience in accounts receivables and payables is beneficial.*Leadership - Proven ability to lead a team and manage workload priorities effectively.
