We are seeking talented people to act as ambassadors for our company, delivering exceptional service that drives the growth and retention of our Lettings portfolio.As part of our Property and Tenancy Management Teams, you will play a key role in ensuring our properties are safe, compliant, and ready for tenants, while building strong relationships with landlords and tenants alike.Location: Canary WharfSalary: £30,000-£45,000 DOEHours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pmWhat You'll Be Doing- Ensuring all properties meet safety and legal standards, including conducting pre-tenancy inspections and managing maintenance.- Providing outstanding support and guidance to landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy lifecycle.- Resolving issues quickly and efficiently to ensure smooth outcomes for all parties.- Promoting our refurbishment services to enhance the quality of our portfolio while staying informed about relevant legislation.- Attending regular meetings with Lettings teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.- Managing end-of-tenancy processes, including deposit returns and property handovers.- Completing administrative tasks with precision to ensure records and logs are always up to date.
