Senior Property Manager - Market leading Estate Agent in North London

*Proven track record in Residential Property Management is essential*

Salary up to £40k - depending on experience

Monday to Friday - 9:00 - 17:30 - Option of work from home 1 day a week after probation

Senior Property Manager duties include but not limited to:

  • Managing a team of Property Managers
  • Arranging new tenancies and handling the move-in process
  • Respond and deal with any repairs and maintenance that are required on the portfolio
  • Offer advice to landlords and tenants for any problems related to the property
  • Carry out inspections as and when required and send feedback to the landlord
  • Ensure a smooth move out process at the end of a tenancy and deal with any deposit returns
  • To ensure that the portfolio is all up to date with compliance and current legislation
