They are thrilled to be expanding their Property Management Team and are seeking an exceptional individual to join their close-knit team of 7 outstanding professionals. Based in their prominently located office, you will be surrounded by a supportive team that collaborates seamlessly to achieve company goals and maintain the reputation of the brand.

You will have the opportunity to work closely the Head of the Property Management team and their Office Administrator. Together, you will form a powerful duo, ensuring the smooth running of operations and providing an outstanding service to valued clients.

Your experience in the field will enable you to handle a diverse range of responsibilities with ease and finesse, ensuring the company consistently delivers a service they can be proud of. Personal specification:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Property Management role, demonstrating a solid understanding of property management practices and responsibilities• ARLA/Propertymark Level 3 qualification is optional but preferred• Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in handling paperwork, managing documentation, and maintaining accurate records• Team player - ability to work in a collaborative environment• IT literate• Strong customer service skills• Must have a valid driver's licence and access to a personal vehicle for property visits and inspections• Live within a 30 - 45 minutes' drive of the office.

The salary on offer will be in the region of ÂŁ38,000 to ÂŁ42,500 dependent on previous experience. Benefits include 28 days holiday (including bank holidays). Parking/permit is provided.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. Very occasional, optional Saturday work may be required from 10am to 2pm, however, you will be given time back in lieu for this.
