Role Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced Rental Portfolio Manager to oversee all aspects of our properties. This role involves collaborating with agencies, block managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure the seamless operation of our rental properties.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage a multi-site property portfolio and ensure compliance at all times.
  • Liaise with agencies, block managers, lawyers, and valuers while working closely with our Lettings Manager and Administration team.
  • Handle inquiries from various sources, maintain rental start and end dates, and manage rental income.
  • Oversee and maintain a multi-site property portfolio.
  • Coordinate and update all rental details.
  • Maintain rental start and end dates.
  • Maintain the internal CRM database.

Role Requirements:

  • Good experience in Prime Central London, high-end real estate.
  • Proven ability to build strong professional relationships with tenants and landlords.
  • Results-driven with a track record of excellent record keeping.
  • Highly knowledgeable about the rental process.
  • Familiarity with the Central London area, market trends, and local property values.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Effective collaboration skills in the Central London market.
