We are excited to be partnering with a market-leading prestigious independent agency in the West London area who is looking for an ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator to join the already hugely successful team.
This is a great opportunity to work in the high-end property market under a premium brand.
Working Hours:
- 8:45am - 6:30pm Monday to Thursday, with an early finish on Friday
- Alternate Saturdays 9:30am - 4:00pm
The successful Senior Lettings Negotiator will be offered:
- £30,000 Basic
- Fantastic on target earnings of between £72,000 - £93,000
- Generous tiered commission structure

Senior Sales Negotiator Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator is essential
- Highly organised and a positive work ethic
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Be able to build and maintain relationships with buyers and venders.
- The ability to generate new business.
- Strong communication skills
- Driven to exceed targets
Responsibilities for the role of a Senior Sales Negotiator:
- Increasing market share and maximising new business opportunities
- Achieving targets for revenue, profitability, and sales growth
- Responding to client communications in a professional and timely manner
- Negotiating offers
- Conducting viewings with prospective buyers and ensuring they are followed up with feedback provided
- Keeping in regular contact with all potential buyers
- Assisting in the efficient progression of the sale until completion
- Reaching targets and company KPI’S
- Ensuring records are kept up to date at all times
- Ensuring client feedback and high standards of care are adhered to at all times
- Responding to leads
