Contract: Full Time | PermanentSalary: £27,000 - £30,000 depending on experienceWorking Hours: Mon - Thurs, 8.50am - 6.30pm. Friday finish at 6pm.What You’ll Be Doing- Acting as the first point of contact for clients, landlords, and tenants, buyers and sellers, delivering excellent customer service.
- Scheduling and coordinating property viewings, valuations, and inspections.
- Keeping property listings updated across various platforms and the company website.
- Preparing ldocumentation, agreements, and contracts for sales and lettings.
- Making sure everything complies with property laws, regulations, and company policies by conducting AML checks using Thirdfort and Right to Rent checks.
- Liaising with landlords and tenants about tenancy agreements and pre-tenancy works.
- Processing applications, references, and tenancy paperwork efficiently.
- Assisting with marketing efforts, including property promotions and social media updates.
- Organising photography, energy performance certificates, gas safety certificates and other statutory compliance documents.
- Maintaining accurate records of transactions, sales, and lettings.
- Handling general office admin such as emails, filing, and coordination.
- Previous experience in sales, lettings, or administrative support within the property industry is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Great communication and people skills - it's a fun, lively office and a great team to work in!
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software.
- Understanding of property legislation and compliance (or willingness to learn).
- Genuine interest to build out a career in Real Estate.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work well independently and as part of a team.
- ARLA/NAEA qualification or interest in working towards accreditation would be hugely beneficial but not essential.
- Experience with CRM and property management systems. Reapit, Veco, etc.
