Tenancy Progression Manager - Stratford

Hours: 35 per week (12 Month Fixed term contract/Secondment

Contract: Permanent

Salary: Up to £39,465 (Depending on experience) ECU Allowance £1,300 pa

Our clients Private Rented Sector portfolio is set to expand greatly over the coming years to become one of the largest rental portfolios in the capital. They are seeking to recruit an ambitious Tenancy Progression Manager

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that the Tenancy Progression Coordinators meet their targets
  • Ensuring the team deliver excellent customer service
  • Overseeing the Tenancy Progression function to efficiently minimise void periods and maximise income
  • Providing support to the Lettings and Property Management Team
  • Assisting the Head of Intermediate Rent and Marketing team in delivering on departmental KPIs and improving our customer journey
  • Reporting on the Tenancy Progression Teams performance

To be successful in this role you will be a committed, driven and organised individual with:

  • Strong administrative, negotiation and influencing skills gained within a similar public facing, commercial environment
  • Proven people management experience with ability to motivate and drive performance
  • Proven knowledge of the London Lettings Market including compliance and legal requirements within the sector
  • Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise your workload in a demanding lettings environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to always maintaining excellent service standards and the ability to handle complaints professionally and effectively
  • Ability to demonstrate commercial and financial acumen and experience in reporting on performance to Head of Service level management
  • High level numeracy skills and excellent IT Skills including MS Office Suite and databases
