Salary £30,000

Our client is an independently owned property company based in the heart of the Shoreditch Triangle. They are looking for a Tenancy Progressor who is happy to tailor Property Management duties to their working day. Being the point of contact for a portfolio of managed Properties also drafting tenancy agreements, ensuring property compliance is in place and supporting the growing property management portfolio.

Taking care of every aspect of the buying, selling, letting and renting of properties, their in-depth understanding of the market, along with a proven track record, sets them apart from the usual high street estate agent.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up new and renewed tenancies.

- Send Tenancy agreements and terms of business for electronic signatures using Goodlord & Adobe Sign.

- Conduct Right to Rent checks with tenants.

- Ensure all compliance documents (EPCs, Gas Safety, EICRs, etc.) are current and organised for tenancies.

- Coordinate with contractors, tenants, and landlords for maintenance and cleaning prior to tenancy.

- Register deposits with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS).

- Manage vacating tenants and oversee deposit returns.

- Organise, review, and send inventory check-in and check-out reports to clients.

- Arrange for key cutting for properties.

- General property management for tenanted properties

- Conduct quarterly property checks for managed properties

- Dealing with tenant and landlords management requests

Requirements

  • Goodlord Familiarity: Familiarity with Goodlord for tenancy progression is preferred.
  • Previous lettings administrator experience is essential.
  • Property management experience is desired though not essential.
  • Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Verbal and written communication skills of a high standard with a client focused approach.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
