Position: Utilities Administrator

Location: Home Based

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30.

Salary: £25800

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Utilities Administrator at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

  • Manage cases in the R&R Customer Service system, assigning to relevant team members as necessary.
  • Set up new client meters and validating information
  • Processing of bulk agreement payment files and any ad hoc invoices to ensure timely and accurate payment of utility bills.
  • Resolving any invoice queries that are identified with suppliers, reconciling accounts, and managing the VAT declaration process
  • Handling change of tenancies requests, change of managing agent requests, void sales and other general utilities queries.
  • Managing meter queries, such as meter read submissions and exception reporting.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional supplier relationships to support excellent service and quality for our clients.
  • Experience of utilities management in the residential property management sector is preferred.
