£60k-£65k base plus car allowance and bonus
This is a great opportunity to join an expanding valuation team, within the Healthcare Division.
My client provides expert guidance to developers, GP partnerships, health authorities, and NHS Trusts on new site acquisition, disposal, and valuation of GP surgeries for partnership and secured lending purposes.
The team supports banks and financial institutions with valuations that facilitate funding for increasingly larger and complex developments.
Specialist Services Include:
- Valuation Services: Accurate valuations for GP surgeries, dental, and veterinary practices for partnership, secured lending, and funding purposes.
- Development Monitoring: Overseeing construction compliance to meet required standards and legislation.
- Notional Rent Reviews: Advising GP surgeries on rent reviews and lease agreements.
- Rating Advice: Providing professional guidance on business rates.
- Lease Advisory Services: Assisting with lease negotiations and advisory for healthcare practices.
The successful candidate will have healthcare experience, be a RICS Registered valuer, and at least 3 years PQE.
