We are looking for individuals to join our growing team of Property Inspectors in London.
No previous experience is needed as full training is provided.

About the role:
We are looking for London based individuals looking for flexibility as this role allows you to choose your own work days / hours. You must also be willing to travel around London as this is not an office-based role. You will be expected to attend residential properties to carry out detailed property inspections at the beginning and end of tenancies, as well as midterm inspections.
This includes, meeting with clients and tenants to collect and hand over keys. Dictating the current condition and cleanliness of the property at the beginning and end of the tenancy and taking photographs.

What we're offering:
- This is a self employed position with the flexibility to choose your own work days / hours.
- Full training is provided which consists of online and practical training with an experienced property inspector.
- An eqivalent of £20.00 per hour once fully trained.
