Salary - £29,000 (OTE £65,000)
Hours: 9am - 6.15pm Monday to Friday (one day off during the week) Saturday 10am - 4pm
Our client is a highly regarded, forward thinking, independent and multiple award-winning Estate Agency based in Finsbury Park. They are currently looking for a driven and enthusiastic Residential Valuer with a proactive and optimistic attitude to join their friendly team and present some new ideas, using great initiative to implement them. The successful applicant will be a highly organised individual with a minimum of 5 year’s property sales and valuation experience.
With a keen eye for detail and continuity. Having the ability to multi-task and work on a few projects simultaneously whilst providing a service that is second to none is essential. Responsibilities:
- Proactive selling of the business to grow valuation enquiries and listed properties (canvassing, marketing ideas, call outs, networking etc)
- Listing each property to an incredibly high standard
- Liaising with the marketing team to ensure properties are marketed to their fullest
- Nurturing leads and developing strong relationships with our clients and team
- Breathing life into slow moving properties
- Ensuring our vendors and landlords are kept very well informed throughout their sale/rental, nurturing and ensuring we retain these relationships
- Cross-selling and upselling our other services
- Securing excellent online reviews and referral business
- Communicating proactively and with clarity and detail
- Being an expert in property and the local market
What’s the package?
- The commission is at the top end of the industry standard
- Earn an additional 1 day of holiday pa for each year you complete with the company (up to 5 years)
