- MRICS/FRICS qualified with VRS
- Accessible to a range of NW, SW, W, WC and EC postcodes
- Tech savvy, embracing new technology as a means to providing the best service and reports possible
- Familiar with BTL and HMO valuation methodology, as well as wider inspection and valuation protocol.
- Typical workload comprises 1-3 reports daily - focused on quality over quantity
- Designated patch, sensible booking and an unmatched focus on work/life balance / employee wellbeing in addition to undertaking inspections, checking the quality of reports coming back from panel appointees
Suitable Staff Surveyors / Valuers will reside in a London postcode and come from a stable career background and have a desire to work client side with a demonstrable track record in investment valuation.
