The Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Assistant Property Manager to join a top investment and development real estate firm in their leading management team, on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for someone with exposure to commercial Property Management, who is looking to kick start their career in a client-side environment and drive value across a high profile estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day operations across a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring smooth operations and tenant satisfaction
  • Oversee maintenance, repairs, and compliance, working closely with service providers and contractors
  • Coordinate tenancy agreements, lease renewals, and any tenant-related concerns
  • Carry out property inspections and maintain regular reports on property performance
  • Lead on administrative duties to support the efficient running of the management

About You

  • Experience: Proven experience within a property management environment
  • Skills: Strong administration, IT, organisation, and problem-solving skills
  • Attitude: Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge: Familiarity and knowledge of property regulations, compliance standards, health & safety and best practices in property management
