An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in London as an Assistant Property Manager. You will be supporting the day to day running of the development and its facilities. Please note, this is a temporary role initially for 12 weeks. Working hours are 40 hours a week across 5 days including occasional weekend work.

As the Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the maintenance of the luxury site is of a high standard, undertaking day to day tasks and supporting health and safety.
  • Carrying out daily / weekly checks, ensuring the building, communal areas, gardens and grounds are maintained - reporting any issues to the property manager.
  • Ensuring a high level of service is delivered to customers and raising any serious issues to the Property Manager.

The successful Assistant Property Manager will have the following related skills / experience:

  • Extensive experience in a facilities / property portfolio management role.
  • Strong customer service / communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent Health and Safety knowledge
  • High standards of customer service
