Findlay Property, a well-established Sales, Lettings, and Property Management Company based on Broadway Market in Hackney is seeking an additional Property Manager to join their team.

The role offers a full-time permanent contract with a starting salary ranging from £26,000 to £31,000 per annum, depending on experience. Ideal for motivated individuals eager to expand their skill set and expertise within the property industry, this position promises growth opportunities within the company.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the Lettings and Property Management team, with exposure to various aspects of the business.

Following a successful probation period, the company offers optional support and facilitation for candidates to obtain recognised industry qualifications via various routes, while remaining in full time employment.

What will your role look like?

  • Work with the Senior Property Manager overseeing daily operations
  • Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues
  • Answering phones, handling emails and any relevant correspondence
  • Coordinate and schedule property maintenance and repairs
  • Keep Landlords updated
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance and cleanliness standards are met
  • Utilise Alto, our property management software
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and Landlords, addressing their needs and concerns
