The Client

Based in West London they pride themselves on dedication, quality of service, professionalism, hard work and enthusiasm

You will be working in a team of other Block Property Managers, reporting to the Senior Block PM.

The office is open planned which cultivates a strong team culture where you can discuss ideas, problems and, solutions. You will use public transport for site visits, so your own car is not required.


Responsibilities

  • Setting annual service charge budgets - reviewing previous expenditure and forecasting future expenditure
  • Obtaining quotes and instructing maintenance works
  • Overseeing maintenance contracts
  • Liaising with Leaseholders and attending to general enquiries
  • Liaising with clients on matters that require instruction and attending to their requests
  • Attending to general administrative matters
  • Undertaking property inspections and completing reports
  • Attending client meetings including AGMs, which can sometimes be in the evenings
  • To liaise with property professionals including Solicitors, Accountants, Surveyors and Specialist Consultants as required
  • To have awareness of general health and safety issues and to follow up actions within Fire Risk Assessments, Asbestos Surveys, and Electrical Condition Installation Reports
  • To monitor portfolio arrears and take necessary action for collection of service charges
