Position: Bought Ledger Utilities Assistant

Location: Home Based

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Bought Ledger Utilities Clerk at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

  • have proven experience in a Bought Ledger position to include processing and payment of invoices, to include utilities invoices.
  • have an analytical mind with excellent attention to detail, to work with the utilities matrix and issuing coding uploads to the property accountants.
  • respond to supplier queries and update records.
  • be confident working with Word, Excel and Outlook
  • have excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and attend external meetings.
  • have excellent customer service dealing with all enquiries in a professional manner.
  • have good knowledge of accounting systems (Propman software desirable).
