Role Overview:
Due to ongoing successes, our client is expanding their insurance team. They are seeking an experienced Protection Adviser with a background in working with Mortgage Brokers.
Responsibilities:
- Contact all opportunities referred from the mortgage team.
- Meet the objectives and targets set in the annual business plan.
- Complete a full Fact-Find on the CRM system to establish the client’s finances and future needs, ensuring a client-centric approach.
- Clearly explain services to potential clients, including regulatory status as per terms of business.
- Provide clients with all required documentation as per the sales process.
- Collect and authenticate all documents supporting advice and recommendations before submitting to providers.
- Attend weekly sales team meetings and monthly/quarterly results meetings to present results to your sales manager.
- Submit fully completed cases on the CRM system with supporting documentation within three working days.
- Ensure all client communication is documented on the CRM system for a full audit trail.
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar protection advisory role.
- Professional and helpful communication skills, both face-to-face and on the telephone.
- Strong English grammar and spelling, with attention to presentation.
- Dedication, loyalty, diligence, and efficiency. Punctual and well-organized.
- Well-presented with a clear speaking voice.
