You will be working across your desired year group or Key Stage, carrying out 1:1 & group interventions with a focus on raising attainment.

You will also have the opportunity to enrol onto a Salaried Schools Direct opportunity via the Primary School starting September 2025.

JOB DESCRIPTION - Aspiring Educational Psychologists

• Aspiring Educational Psychologists
• Primary Teaching Assistant
• Working across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 with a focus on raising attainment
• Supporting students with various additional needs including; Autism, ADHD, Speech and Language needs and more
• Enrolling onto the Aspiring Educational Psychologists Program (Schools Direct)
• ASAP Start - Full Time - Monday-Friday
• 105 - 110 Per Day
• Located in the Borough of Tower Hamlets

PERSON SPECIFICATION - Aspiring Educational Psychologists

• Must have a degree from a reputable University
• Good A Levels & GCSEs across the board
• Must be confident and ambitious to make positive impacts on pupils
• You must be able to engage and motivate the students
• Commitment and ambition to succeed is key throughout!
