Role
- Adapt and prepare learning materials tailored to the needs of individual students
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to children with SEN, helping them engage with the curriculum
- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Support students emotional, social, and physical well-being
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a productive and supportive atmosphere
Requirements
- A 2:1 Bachelors degree or higher in Psychology or a related field from a Top 20 UK university
- Previous experience working with children, especially those with special educational needs, is highly desirable
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- A child-centred approach and passion for helping students overcome learning challenges
