We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive school in West London. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with students who may face challenges in their learning journey, helping them to reach their full potential.



About the Role:

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:

  • Work closely with students identified as having behavioural, emotional, or social difficulties (BESD/SEMH).
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to help students engage positively with their learning and school life.
  • Develop and implement behaviour management strategies tailored to individual students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to create a supportive learning environment.
  • Act as a positive role model, inspiring confidence and resilience in the students you support.
  • Monitor and record progress, sharing insights with the wider team and families where appropriate.
