About the Role:

  • Behaviour mentor who must have experience working with young people with challenging behaviour.
  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
  • Behaviour Mentor who is ideally, candidates will be Team Teach trained.

Key Responsibilities - Behaviour Mentor

  • Support students 1:1 or in small groups to manage behaviour and academic progress.
  • Lead or assist in intervention groups aimed at improving students' behaviour and personal targets.
  • Create personalised learning materials to meet individual students' needs.
  • Collaborate with the behaviour team and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to track student progress.
  • Manage and diffuse challenging behaviour situations between students.
