  • Being attentive to students' concerns.
  • Assisting students with advice, guidance, and support tailored to their individual needs.
  • Communicating with schools, teachers, social workers, and educational psychologists and making referrals as necessary.
  • Develop action plans with students and monitor their progress
  • Provide advice to families.
  • Run interventions based around their academic studies and personal targets.
  • Be responsible for providing pastoral support to students

They have excellent teacher who go above and beyond teaching the national curriculum and vocational lessons. The school support students in becoming independent learners and help the in migrate e back into mainstream school.
