The Role: We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Behaviour Mentor to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with students who need additional support with their behaviour, helping them to develop the skills they need to succeed both inside and outside the classroom. Your work may involve one-to-one mentoring and small group sessions, aimed at promoting positive behaviours and emotional well-being.
