A secondary school located in Camden is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Behaviour Mentor to join our supportive team. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students to provide support in managing behaviour, fostering emotional resilience, and ensuring that every student can reach their full potential.

  • Behaviour Mentor with proven experience in managing challenging behaviour
  • Passionate about working with vulnerable young people and making a positive impact on their lives.
  • Able to commute to Camden on a daily basis
  • Behaviour Mentor who is committed to working full-time, Monday to Friday.
  • Ideally, the Behaviour Mentor will be Team Teach trained, though training can be provided for the right candidate

.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students with behavioural and emotional challenges.
  • Implement individual behaviour plans and strategies to encourage positive behaviour.
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure students are fully supported.
  • Monitor student progress and make adjustments to interventions as necessary.
