As a Clinical Practice Educator, you will:
- Provide face-to-face clinical training for care staff in line with the company's competency framework
- Develop and deliver training presentations, lesson plans, and competency documents
- Lead the implementation of a robust mandatory training programme
- Maintain clinical skills lab and ensure equipment is up-to-date
- Participate in the clinical on-call rota
- Work closely with Nurse Case Managers to ensure quality and patient safety
- Support carers' development and assess their suitability for providing care

The ideal Clinical Practice Educator will have:
- A strong background in nursing and clinical education
- Clinical experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care
- Experience in developing and delivering training programmes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to CQC and NMC standards
- The ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team
