Your Role: As a Main Grade Educational Psychologist, you'll play a key role in transforming the educational experience of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). You'll work closely with schools, families, and multidisciplinary teams to:

  • Conduct assessments and provide tailored interventions
  • Deliver training programs, including the renowned ELSA initiative
  • Support projects such as the Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA) framework
  • Collaborate with social workers, CAMHS, and speech therapists to ensure holistic support
