Locum Clinical/Counselling Psychologist (Band 8a)

Location: London Area
Role: Locum Clinical or Counselling Psychologist
Hours: Flexible, 22.5 - 37.5 hours per week
Rate: £40 - £45 per hour
Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking an experienced Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team in a hospital setting, working with adult clients. This locum role offers a dynamic opportunity to make a significant impact by supporting service development and transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, formulations, and interventions
• Contribute actively to service development and transformation initiatives across the service
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care
• Support clients’ recovery and well-being with evidence-based psychological therapies

Requirements:

• HCPC registration as a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist
• Qualified Clinical or Counselling Psychologist, ideally with experience working in a hospital or NHS setting
• Band 8a level experience or equivalent
