About the RoleAs a Psychology Graduate TA, you will work closely with teachers and SEN staff to provide tailored support for students with a variety of needs. You'll be part of a dedicated team, ensuring students receive the individualized attention they require to thrive. Responsibilities:- Support the class teacher in delivering lessons tailored to the needs of SEN students.
- Work with students one-on-one or in small groups to enhance their learning experience.
- Assist with the development of individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Help manage behavioral issues and encourage positive social development.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure a positive learning environment.
