I am currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant for a long-term vacancy starting in May 2022 at a fantastic Special Needs School based in Ealing!

This school has a robust teaching staff and support team, with a range of expertise within SEN education. The school supports pupils with a wide range of needs such as SEMH, ASC, MLD/SLD and Complex Needs. You must be able to have a flexible approach with regards to your support style, and have an outgoing nature in order to build rapport with the pupils. Due to the nature of the students, a patient, caring and compassionate approach is needed.

  • Job Title: Psychology Graduate (SEN Teaching Assistant)

  • Location: Ealing

  • Pay Scale: £90 - £105

  • Start Date: ASAP

Your Role:

  • Assisting in the delivery of effective teaching on a one to one basis or in small groups.

  • Working with other support staff to engage pupils in sensory work.

  • Preparing classroom resources.

  • Providing feedback to teaches and parents.

  • You will be assisting pupils with Autism, Severe Learning Difficulties and other Learning Difficulties.
