Our London Primary Schools are currently looking for a confident Psychology Graduate to join their friendly, hard-working support staff team.

This Teaching Assistant position would suit an enthusiastic Psychology Graduate with a 2.1 degree or higher, and a kind, caring approach. The right candidate will have coherent written and verbal communication that aids the understanding of the more challenging areas of the curriculum. Our client schools are searching for confident Psychology Graduates who are self-assured and are passionate about supporting pupils with SEN. If you're enthusiastic about working with children and are committed to making a difference to the lives of children, this role could be ideal for you.

As a Teaching Assistant, your time will be spent working closely with pupils with SEN requirements and you will orchestrate and develop interesting lesson plans alongside teachers. The successful Psychology Graduate will be working directly with the school’s SENCO and liaising with teachers and parents to deliver effective SEN provision. You will be working 1:1 and with small groups of SEN pupils to raise attainment through intervention classes.
