The Role: Youth Practitioner

Location: Haringey

Rate Of Pay: 24 Umbrella

We are currently looking for a Youth Practitioner for a role in Haringey. The Youth Practioner will work within the Early Help service undertaking regular, purposeful home and community visits to inform assessments, planning monitoring young people and their families.

Key Accoutabilities:

Ace as a case holder for young people and families in accordance with the appropriate level of complexities, threshold and criteria undertaking assessment, planning and review as the lead professional.

Assess, plan and review within agreed timescales to ensure high quality interventions for young people and families assessing the service.

Support the wider early help and parenting agenda by delivering accredited parenting programmes as agreed by service managers.

Develop effective SMART, personalised interventions plans for young people and their families.
