Role Overview: They are seeking an Internal Communications Professional to join the team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and delivering internal communications strategy, ensuring alignment with their commitments to inclusion, wellbeing, and ESG objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute the firmwide internal communications events calendar across all offices.
  • Assist in managing projects related to intranet enhancements and updates.
  • Contribute to the creation, preparation, and distribution of the firm's monthly internal staff newsletter.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to gather and develop content for the newsletter.
  • Provide support for various internal communications projects as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in event management.
  • Proficient writing skills for web and intranet content.
  • Familiarity with intranet content management systems ( SharePoint).
  • Experience with e-shot content management systems (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Previous experience with document design and photo editing tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus but not mandatory.
