If you are looking for the next step in your Internal Communications career, this could be the role for you! We have an exciting opportunity to join our client based in London, with offices around the UK. Reporting into the Head of Internal Communications, you will primarily be responsible for delivering high-quality and compelling content to internal stakeholders, as well as supporting the wider MarComms team.

Monday to Friday 9am - 5.15pm.
Office-based in London with travel to different UK offices as required. Some European travel may also be required.
Key responsibilities:
- Creation and delivery of compelling content to support the company's values and culture.
- Key liaison between the internal and external communications teams to maximise engagement.
- Execute and plan effective engagement campaigns.
- Compile and deliver weekly employee newsletter.
- Coordination of events, webcasts and projects.
- Support the communications and wider MarComms team with projects that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Key skills:
- Minimum of 2-3 years' internal communications experience.
- Excellent copywriting, proof-reading and editing skills,
- Superb relationship-building skills across multiple departments, including internal and external stakeholders.
- Passionate about brand delivery.
- Highly organised, ability to prioritise and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative and curious mindset, not afraid to challenge and question when required.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and presentation tools including Indesign & PowerPoint.
- Understanding of data analytics.
- Knowledge of video editing software.
- Formal qualification in Communications is desirable.
