The Internal Communications Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing internal communication strategies across this diverse organisation; there are some key IT projects that will require a focus during the role. This role will involve all aspects of internal communications from creative campaign planning through to intranet management.

Our client have been on a transformation journey with a fresh vision and customer focused values, they are looking for an Internal Communications Specialist to deliver a range of activity based from their London offices.
Description
Reporting to the Internal Communications Manager and joining a small but proactive team you will cover these areas:
- Work with key members of the IT team on project briefs and advise on best practise ways to communicate their work to maximise audience engagement.
- Create engaging messaging across all channels including the intranet, e-newsletters, posters and videos.
- Translate technical or complex topics into engaging, plain English.
- Maintain the intranet, updating policy documents and copy changes as requested.
- Manage the internal communications inbox, responding to and fulfilling requests. This includes posting stories and updating documents.
- Support other team members in running regular webinars, ensuring recordings are edited and posted on the intranet.
- Work across a range of internal events, including the Annual Conference.
Profile
The candidate that secures the Internal Communications Executive role will bring a range of skills and track record in Internal Communications and be able to evidence the following:
- Thinks creatively to define and deliver internal communications that target the right messages and strong audience engagement. A passion for all things Technology will be an advantage!
- Excellent writing skills across all forms.
- Enjoys building relationships with diverse stakeholder groups and can influence at all levels.
- Skills across Design (Canva), video editing and vlogging would be an advantage
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Job Offer
- Salary range - £42,000 - £45,000 Basic (pro rata for Initial 6 month contract)
