They are currently seeking an experienced Design Manager to provide essential design management support throughout all project phases.
Role Responsibilities
- Principal Design Manager will collate designs.
- Principal Design Manager will have to manage taking change requests from and effectively communicate with the client.
- Principal Design Manager will manage design and interfaces between disciplines and sub-consultants.
- Principal Design Manager will liaise with contractors, clients, and internal/external consultants regarding project delivery.
- Principal Design Manager will be involved in managing various stages of design.
- Principal Design Manager will utilize design management tools to monitor and control project coordination.
- Principal Design Manager will be able to manage multiple disciplines and managing internal and external consultancies.
Role Requirements
- Principal Design Manager will have experience in experience in project management and engineering with a background in engineering, project management consulting, or construction.
- Principal Design Manager will have experience in having led or taken full responsibility for a large-scale single use project.
- Principal Design Manager will possess an understanding of key disciplines and interactions between them on large scale and complex building projects.
- Principal Design Manager will ideally have experience on data centre projects.
