If so, Signature Recruitment is looking for a Head of Operations to join our client, an international global standards and certification organisation based in London. This position is on a full-time, permanent basis with a salary range of £65k to £72k, depending on experience. After the first week or two based primarily in the office, the role is offered on a hybrid working arrangement, with two to three days in the office and the balance from home. Some occasional travel may be required for presentations and events.
In this position, as Head of Operations, you will play an important role in the continued growth of the organisation. You will report to the Executive Director working on operational efficiency and digital transformation. You will evaluate company operations before developing strategies to provide the best working environment and processes to promote the progression of the organisation.
Head of Operations Key Responsibilities:
- Support and report to the Executive Director regarding operational matters across the organisation’s departments
- Develop operational strategies across the different departments and teams. To include identifying individual operational improvements and overseeing agreed improvements from implementation through to completion
- Manage team members with clear goals and performance expectations with a collaborative leadership style
- Ensure the digital systems and IT operations create maximum efficiency across the departments. Provide innovative workable digital solutions and proposals for consideration
- Prepare, deliver and execute presentations to a high standard
- Ensure all operations comply with industry codes and trademarks globally and that UK and EU legal and regulatory requirements are met
Head of Operations Key Skills:
- Experience in Operations Management with specific expertise within a membership organisation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience working effectively, efficiently and collaboratively with stakeholders of all levels
- Confidently able to problem-solve to improve processes and increase productivity ensuring all parties feel valued and included
- A good understanding of financial, legal, HR and IT and data security requirements with highly proficient MS Office skills
