MEP Manager, West London
We are seeking an experienced MEP Manager to work on a 6 to 9 month contract across this West London division of one of the UKs leading residential developers. Presently one of the biggest providers of homes in the South East, and with numerous multiphased developments, a well rounded MEP Manager is urgently sought to resolve many issues prior to handing over their energy centres to ESCOs.
Individuals will be responsible for the following items:
District Network Heating networks
Energy Centre Commisioning
Delivery and handover to ESCOs
This means that any M & E Managers must be equally confident on both the preconstruction and delivery stages of developments and will involve providing cost effective technical solutions to ensure smooth operation of all MEP issues and energy centres.
This role would ideally suit existing senior MEP or M&E Managers from developers or contractors who have a bias towards the electrical side. However, individuals with a very balanced experience of both mechanical and electrical will still be considered.
Candidates must also have worked on large residential or mixed-use schemes and be real problem solvers.
A competitive rate is on offer.
