Key Responsibilities:
- Review and calculate service charges in line with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to provide clear communication regarding service charge structures.
- Prepare reports and documentation to support service charge audits.
- Engage with residents to address queries and ensure understanding of service charge impacts.

- Proven experience in service charge management or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
