The Client Account Management (CAM) team consists of 9 Client Account Managers, supported by a dedicated team of 5 Paraplanners and over 20 advisers. The wider business is currently transitioning into a hub structure where CAMs are aligned to pods consisting of two experienced advisers.
Key Responabilities:
- Build strong working relationships with Finura Advisers and Clients
- Provide high-quality financial administration and client servicing
- Understand and manage advisory processes with minimal administrative burden
- Leverage CRM and client portal technology to deliver seamless client experiences
- Continually seek process efficiencies and service improvements
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 4 years in financial services
- Familiarity with new business processing and client servicing
- Experience in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of FCA regulations (MiFID II, GDPR, PRIIPs)
- Working knowledge of pensions, ISAs, bonds, VCTs, EIS, and protection products
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, and CRM platforms

- Strong communication and coordination skills
- High attention to detail and brand integrity
