The Client Account Management (CAM) team consists of 9 Client Account Managers, supported by a dedicated team of 5 Paraplanners and over 20 advisers. The wider business is currently transitioning into a hub structure where CAMs are aligned to pods consisting of two experienced advisers.

Key Responabilities:

  • Build strong working relationships with Finura Advisers and Clients
  • Provide high-quality financial administration and client servicing
  • Understand and manage advisory processes with minimal administrative burden
  • Leverage CRM and client portal technology to deliver seamless client experiences
  • Continually seek process efficiencies and service improvements

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years in financial services
  • Familiarity with new business processing and client servicing
  • Experience in fast-paced environments
  • Knowledge of FCA regulations (MiFID II, GDPR, PRIIPs)
  • Working knowledge of pensions, ISAs, bonds, VCTs, EIS, and protection products
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, and CRM platforms
