We are excited to partner with a well-established Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) firm located near Watford, seeking a Graduate Financial Administrator or an ambitious candidate looking to start a career in financial advice and wealth management.

With over 30 years of experience, this firm has built a strong reputation for delivering top-tier advice in areas such as pensions, investments, retirement planning, tax planning, inheritance tax (IHT), trusts, mortgages, and some protections. Their team of six advisers serves a diverse client base, including retirees, City professionals, and families with varying levels of assets, primarily across Hertfordshire and London.

This is a brand-new role, created by the Managing Director, for a graduate or someone early in their career. You will be responsible for end-to-end administrative tasks and supporting the entire back-office function of the business. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a relevant degree and a passion for wealth management and financial planning. Internship or placement experience is a plus. The firm offers full training and support, including the opportunity to work towards a Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
