The business is a fast-scaling national wealth management and advice firm with the backing of a respected private equity investor. It’s on a mission to transform the financial advice industry by blending holistic advice with cutting-edge technology. Having already acquired several successful businesses, they’re building a single-brand operation focused on delivering exceptional client outcomes, empowered by modern systems and a team that understands the importance of culture and support. The Role

You’ll be leading a team of executive and client support professionals who are the operational backbone to Financial Planners across the business. Your day will be varied - one moment coaching a team member on handling a complex client case, the next improving internal processes, or jumping on a video call with other leaders to align on strategy. You’ll work closely with Compliance, oversee data accuracy, support recruitment, and ensure performance standards are met. Expect lots of collaboration, a proactive approach to improvement, and frequent visits to other offices to build strong, connected teams. The two offices you will work in/with are based in Borehamwood and Reading.
