A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Team Assistant to join London’s market leader in the investment sector.You'll be joining a supportive boutique client-facing investment team where you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day- today running of a team that includes MDs, Senior Associates and VPs. The team that values collaboration, where every assistant's contribution makes a real impact. As an Assistant, you’ll be highly organised, proactive, and have excellent communication skills. For this role, you will need to have investment sector experience, having gained a minimum of 3 years as a   Team Assistant, ideally 2 years in the investment sector. You will be confident at managing an extensive diary and schedule, organising meetings across multiple timezones and complex international travel. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • Extensive calendar management for MD level and would have supported a wider team
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings and calls
  • Organising international travel arrangements, international and domestic flights, accommodation
  • Providing support for colleagues when needed
